Les Saix Blancs sont un point de vue incroyable situé à une altitude de 1660 mètres sur une falaise dans le Bois de la Planche sur les pentes menant à la montagne de Balme du côté est de Vallorcine. Le point de vue offre une vue magnifique sur toute la vallée de Vallorcine, ainsi que sur Loriaz et la vallée de Bérard. Une croix en bois portant l'année 2010 est montée sur la falaise, accompagnée d'une clôture de protection en bois. Il y a de gros rochers et quelques bancs en bois, ce qui en fait un excellent endroit pour pique-niquer.
Le sentier principal montant de Vallorcine au Col des Posettes passe près des Saix Blancs, mais le point de vue réel se trouve sur un petit détour circulaire depuis le sentier principal. Il y aura des balises le long du sentier principal indiquant la bonne direction pour se rendre aux Saix Blancs.
